Love teaching swimming and have the leadership skills to support and inspire others?
WynActive is seeking experienced and qualified Swim Teachers who are equally passionate about delivering exceptional lessons and providing poolside leadership within our growing WynSwim Learn to Swim program.
This dual role combines hands-on teaching with Swim School Leader responsibilities, supporting the day-to-day operation of the swim school, mentoring teachers, maintaining program quality, and ensuring every swimmer enjoys a safe and positive learning experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality swimming lessons to children, adults, and school groups
- Create a protected, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment
- Support and guide Swim Teachers on pool deck
- Assist with assessments, class progression, and lesson quality
- Provide feedback and support to families, schools, and team members
- Promote a positive team culture and exceptional customer experience
What you'll bring:
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification
- Current CPR Certificate & First Aid
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for teaching and water safety
- Confidence supporting, mentoring, and coaching other Swim Teachers
- Availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Qualifications:
- Teacher Swimming and Water Safety Licence
- Current CPR & First Aid Certificate
- Fit 2 Work (Police Check) (or willing to obtain – cost is covered for successful applicants)
- Working with Children's Check (employee)
