Mountain Culture Richmond is seeking a Sous Chef to back our Head Chef and help run the Richmond kitchen, delivering pub food with Melbourne flair and drinks-friendly dining. You'll lead service from the pass, step in when the Head Chef is off, contribute ideas to seasonal menus, train the crew, and monitor stock, waste, COGS and labour while keeping the kitchen clean, secure and compliant every day.
