About the Role

As our Payroll Officer, you'll play an important role in ensuring our payroll and invoicing processes run smoothly, accurately and on time.

- Managing high-quality, end-to-end payroll processing.
- Processing accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
- Preparing accurate and timely client invoices.
- Maintaining employee payroll records, including pay rates, leave, deductions and allowances.
- Ensuring payroll processes comply with relevant tax, superannuation and employment legislation.
- Reconciling payroll data and investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Responding to employee payroll queries in a qualified and timely manner.




- Preparing payroll reports and assisting with audits and month-end processes.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to continually improve payroll processes.

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and eager to learn.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The confidence to professionally engage with clients, employees and internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous payroll experience is highly regarded, but not essential — full training will be provided.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently while also being a valued team player.
- A current C Class Driver's Licence.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday.
