The Food Republic Cafe in Blackburn is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will manage your section, prepare high-quality dishes, and contribute to the vibrant energy of our brunch-focused menu.

With 2–4 years in a similar role and 3+ years in breakfast/brunch prep, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Australian work rights are required, and full time hours are offered with weekday finishes by early afternoon.
