About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance, presentation and safety of Bene facilities through quality painting and general maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality painting and decorating services across Bene aged care homes, retirement living communities and facilities.
- Manage painting projects from preparation through to completion,



ensuring a professional finish and minimal disruption to residents and staff.
- Undertake general maintenance and handyman duties to support the safety, presentation and functionality of Bene facilities.
- Maintain a safe, organised and compliant work environment by adhering to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), while ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and fit for purpose
- Build positive relationships with residents, staff and contractors while representing Bene in a skilled manner.

About you

- Trade qualification in Painting and Decorating
- Minimum 2 years’ post-trade experience as a qualified painter
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across various sites
- Current Australian Driver's License
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) License (desirable)
