InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Front Office/Guest Service qualified on the NSW Central Coast to uphold our hospitality standards. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration and at least 2 years’ Front Office/Guest Service experience, including some management exposure.
