Shoreline Kitchen at Adina Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a skilled Bartender to lead the bar experience from day one. You will help shape the drink program, craft cocktails, and deliver memorable moments for guests in a premium hotel setting.

Join the Shoreline Food & Beverage team, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager. You’ll be behind the bar, creating excellent drinks and contributing to a welcoming, high-quality guest experience in Sydney.
