Eastern Health in Melbourne's eastern region is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager for South Ward, an Older Adult Acute Inpatient Mental Health Service Unit. This fixed-term maternity cover (0.6 EFT) supports the Team-oriented Recovery Model and a multidisciplinary team approach.

You will lead and develop the team, participate in professional development, promote quality and safety, and engage with partners to support holistic recovery in older adults.
