The Tasmanian Department of Health is seeking a Family/Carer Peer Worker to join the Statewide Mental Health Services team. This permanent full time role supports families and carers of people using public mental health services, using lived experience to guide recovery and connect families with resources.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, help identify supports, and participate in meetings focused on family rights, recovery principles, and service improvements.
