It's all about... the job

We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team on a part‑time basis, working three days per week. This is a hands‑on and varied role covering weekly payroll for approximately 50 staff, processing timesheets, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, employee expense claims and corporate credit card expenses. You’ll also manage staff fuel card reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate, organised and up to date.

The role will initially be office‑based to allow you to get to know the business,



systems and processes properly. Once you’re settled and confident in the role, there is potential for some flexibility, including working from home one day per week.

This is initially being considered as a temporary‑to‑permanent opportunity, giving both you and the business the chance to make sure it’s the right long‑term fit.

It's all about...you

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, organised and enjoys taking ownership of their work. You’ll have solid bookkeeping and payroll experience, robust attention to detail and a good working knowledge of Xero or similar.

You’ll be comfortable working with numbers, managing deadlines and handling confidential financial information, while also having the confidence to work independently and use your initiative.

Most importantly, you’ll be reliable, practical and easy to work with. You’ll enjoy being part of a close team and becoming someone the business can rely on to keep the financial side of the business running smoothly.
