- 关注澳洲留学、移民政策及行业动态，分析市场趋势、客户需求及竞争环境。
- 负责小红书、微信公众号等社交媒体平台的内容策划、运营及推广。
- 使用 Canva、剪映等工具制作及优化图片、视频和宣传内容。
- 制定并优化客户获客及转化策略，通过 CRM 管理客户数据，与销售团队协作追踪转化效果。
- 参与品牌建设及线下活动策划，包括讲座、地推、展会等。
- 拓展并维护教育机构、移民律师、地产商等行业合作伙伴，推动业务合作与品牌发展。
- 运用 Google Ads、Analytics 等工具分析营销效果并持续优化推广策略。

岗位要求

- 具备澳洲合法工作权利，PR 或 Citizen 优先。
- 至少 1 年市场营销、留学移民或相关行业经验。
- 中英文流利，能够服务多元化客户群体。

About the Role

We are a leading education and migration service provider in Australia and are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our teams in Melbourne, VIC and Sydney, NSW. In this role, you will be involved in brand promotion, content planning, social media management, marketing campaigns, and brand development. You will take an active role in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, helping to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth. What you’ll be doing

- Monitor Australian education and immigration policies, industry developments, market trends, customer needs,



and the competitive landscape.
- Manage content planning, daily operations, and promotion across social media platforms, including Rednote and WeChat Official Account.
- Create and optimise visual, video, and promotional content using Canva, CapCut, and other relevant tools.
- Develop and optimise customer acquisition and conversion strategies, manage customer data through CRM systems, and work closely with the sales team to track conversion performance.
- Support brand development and plan offline marketing activities, including seminars, promotional campaigns, and exhibitions.
- Build and maintain partnerships with education providers, migration lawyers, property developers, and other industry partners to support business growth and brand development.
- Use Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital tools to analyse marketing performance and continuously optimise campaigns.

What we’re looking for

- Hold a valid visa with work rights in Australia; Australian PR or citizenship preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, the education and migration industry, or a related field.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Familiar with Rednote, WeChat Official Account, and other social media platforms, with experience in content planning, account management, or brand promotion.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and other design or video editing tools, with a strong sense of visual presentation and content aesthetics.
- Strong market research, data analysis, and marketing strategy optimisation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools is highly regarded.
- Solid execution, communication, and teamwork skills, with an interest in event planning and creative content development.
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
