You'll value meaningful work, strong relationships and the opportunity to keep growing your skills while making a genuine difference in regional communities.Here's what will help you thrive in this role:Registration as a Psychologist or eligibility requirements relevant to Social Work practice.Experience providing trauma-informed, client-centred support and sound qualified judgement.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse settings.A commitment to lifelong learning, reflective practice and quality care.You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in crisis, trauma or sexual assault support and/or additional training in related practice areas.Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage,
