Care Success is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Support Coordinators to join our team as independent contractors across the Northern Territory, South Australia & Queensland.

We’re a small, growing business that genuinely cares about doing Support Coordination well. We don’t want everyone working the same way or fitting into the same mould. We want to work with people who bring their own strengths, interests and experience, and support them to build on that.

For us, that might mean helping you grow into a particular area of Support Coordination you’re passionate about, building confidence with different participant groups, taking on work that suits your experience, or developing your own niche over time.

As an independent contractor with Care Success, you’ll have flexibility around your workload and availability while still being part of a team you can actually lean on. We receive ongoing referrals and, where there is a goodfit, can help connect contractors with new participants and opportunities to grow their caseload over time. As with any contractor arrangement, referrals and caseload levels can vary and aren’t guaranteed.

You’ll also have access to established systems, templates, processes, peer support and a team that shares knowledge and backs each other when needed.





The role includes working directly with NDIS participants and their families, coordinating supports, communicating with providers and stakeholders, monitoring plans and budgets, keeping documentation up to date and helping people work through the day-to-day challenges that come with the NDIS.

We’re looking for people who:

- Have genuine experience in NDIS Support Coordination
- Are confident managing their own caseload and workload
- Communicate well and build strong relationships
- Are organised and reliable with documentation and follow-up
- Know when to problem-solve independently and when to ask for input
- Care about doing good work, not just ticking boxes
- Want to keep learning and developing their skills
- Are comfortable working independently but still want to feel part of a team

A qualification in disability, community services, social work, psychology or a related area is great, but relevant experience and the way you work with people matters just as much to us.

This is an independent contractor opportunity and would suit someone who values flexibility, autonomy and the chance to grow their caseload within a supportive team workplace.
