We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our team and take responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation of our warehouse.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will lead by example, support the warehouse team and ensure stock, picking, packing and dispatch operations are completed safely, accurately and efficiently.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our team and take responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation of our warehouse.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will lead by example, support the warehouse team and ensure stock, picking, packing and dispatch operations are completed safely, accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the warehouse team to achieve daily targets
- Pick, pack, check and dispatch customer orders
- Receive, count and store incoming stock
- Maintain accurate stock levels and warehouse organisation
- Carry out fabric inspection and quality checking
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Coordinate stock replenishment and warehouse movements
- Assist with container unloading and general warehouse duties
- Ensure the warehouse is secure, clean and organised
- Work closely with management, sales and other departments to meet customer requirements
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day warehouse operations
- Identify and resolve operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement
About you
- Previous warehouse and/or team leadership experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current forklift licence and experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
- Ability to lead by example and support team members
- Confident in making decisions and resolving day‑to‑day issues
- A proactive approach to improving warehouse processes and efficiency
