We’re looking for a Consultant - Member Support who is passionate about helping people and delivering high‑quality, compliant outcomes. This is a permanent opportunity based in our Melbourne office. We offer a hybrid working arrangement and many benefits to our staff.

What you’ll do

- Resolve member enquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Apply legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant outcomes.
- Meet service, quality, and experience targets.
- Manage issues or complaints and elevate when needed.
- Contribute positively to team culture and support continuous improvement.
