JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa on the Gold Coast is seeking a Demi Chef to join the luxury kitchen team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist in preparing menu items, maintaining high standards of quality and freshness, and contributing to a smooth service during busy periods.
The successful candidate will have experience in a 4-5 star hotel kitchen, trade qualification, solid food safety knowledge, and the ability to work well in a team while also taking initiative.
