Whether it’s a spa for relaxing after work, a swim spa for the family or an infrared sauna for home wellness, you’ll help customers choose premium products suited to their home and lifestyle.

We’re looking for a capable, customer-focused salesperson who builds rapport, explains options clearly and follows opportunities through from first enquiry to purchase. You’ll combine showroom sales with customer service and practical daily operations, working independently and alongside colleagues across our related businesses.

Potential total annual earnings of $75,000–$95,000, with the opportunity to earn more. Commission earnings depend on sales performance and the agreed commission structure.

About the role

You’ll be a welcoming point of contact at our Capalaba showroom, helping customers make informed decisions through accurate advice, thoughtful recommendations and consistent follow-up. Strong organisation and reliable handling of enquiries and sales will be essential, including when working solo.

Your key responsibilities

Welcoming customers,



understanding their needs, space and budget, and recommending suitable products.

Explaining product features, benefits and specifications clearly and accurately.

Responding to showroom, phone and email enquiries, preparing quotations and actively following up sales opportunities.

Working towards individual and showroom sales targets while building lasting customer relationships.

Conducting pool and spa water testing and assisting with parts and water care enquiries, following training and company procedures.

Processing sales, payments and orders accurately, maintaining customer records and providing professional after-sales support.

Keeping the showroom inviting and staying informed about products, stock availability, pricing and promotions.

Assisting with stock control, logistics, scheduling, reporting and sales administration, while coordinating with colleagues, management and suppliers.

Strong sales skills: ask thoughtful questions, listen to customer needs, explain options clearly and confidently guide customers towards a purchase.

Organisation and follow-through: manage enquiries, quotations and follow-up promptly, keeping customers informed throughout the sales process.

Clear communication: robust written and spoken English skills to explain products clearly and communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.

Confidence with systems: use computer and customer management systems accurately to prepare quotations, process orders and maintain records.

Initiative and reliability: prioritise your day,



work confidently on your own and contribute effectively to the wider team.

A practical approach: develop detailed product knowledge and contribute to customer service, administration and everyday showroom operations.

Experience in retail, showroom or consultative sales will be highly regarded. We welcome transferable sales experience from furniture, appliances, automotive, kitchens, home improvements, outdoor living and other industries involving considered purchases.

Spa and pool industry experience is welcome, but not essential. Water testing, parts or inventory experience would be beneficial. A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

Location and availability

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Capalaba showroom. Availability to work at least one weekend day, either Saturday or Sunday, is required. Availability for both days is preferred. Working hours and weekly or fortnightly roster arrangements will be discussed during recruitment.

The successful applicant will be required to provide a current National Police Check or be willing to obtain one. Any findings will be assessed against the requirements of the role.
