We're partnering with a growing Australian property investment group looking for an ambitious Assistant Property Manager to join its Sydney team.
This is a fantastic chance to gain hands‑on exposure to a predominantly commercial portfolio , working closely with an experienced Property Manager across leasing, tenant relationships, financials and day‑to‑day asset operations.
You'll be joining a close‑kn i t team where you'll have genuine responsibility, direct exposure to property ownership and the opportunity to develop your career beyond traditional property administration.
The Role
- Assist in the day‑to‑day management of a commercial property portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with commercial tenants, owners and contractors.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor works.
- Assist with lease documentation, renewals, rent reviews and compliance.
- Support property budgets,
financial transactions and lease obligations.
- Prepare monthly reports, property documentation and management updates.
- Attend meetings and support the wider property team across portfolio operations.
About You
- Previous experience in commercial property management, lease administration or property coordination .
- Understanding of commercial leases, property operations and financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with tenants and stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling competing priorities.
- Ambitious and looking to build a long‑term career in commercial property.
