We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team in Australia. In this role, you will support our end-to-end recruitment operations across various departments. Ideally bringing prior experience from the logistics or supply chain industry , you will help drive our talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support our rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Support: Assist with posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Agency & Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with external recruitment agencies and internal hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a professional and engaging onboarding and recruitment experience for all applicants.
- Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate recruitment records, update applicant tracking systems, and prepare hiring reports for the Senior HR Specialist.
- HR Admin Support: Assist with general HR and talent acquisition projects as required.
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or quick-paced operational industries.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a natural sense of curiosity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
