Artemus Group is seeking a Chef with strong Mexican experience to lead our Mexican offering and own the menu. You will be responsible for developing, refining and rotating dishes, while maintaining high-quality presentation and consistency during busy service periods.
You’ll manage stock and food costs, ensure food safety, and work in a rapid-paced environment. This role offers ownership of the menu and a path to impact growth within a dynamic hospitality group.
