St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba – Melbourne VIC is offering a structured New Graduate Social Worker position within our Social Work Department. This full-time fixed term role (until 31 December 2027) provides dedicated supervision, clinical education and a transparent pathway to professional practice in acute and subacute inpatient settings.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to assess psychosocial needs, support discharge planning and contribute to safe, person-centred care.
