About the role
TheCommunity Venues Officer plays a key role in supporting and connecting ourlocal organisations, businesses, social groups and casual hirers to a range ofvenues across the Manningham area.
Skills and experience
- Strong, professional focus on customer serviceand guest satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, timemanagement skills and the flexibility to work across a rotating roster; whichmay include split shifts, early mornings or evenings as required
- Weekend work will feature heavily in this role, thereforeavailability across Saturday/Sunday is required
- Capable of moving furniture and equipment aswell as the ability to set up audio visual systems (e.g. projectors, laptops,microphones).
- Experienced in cleaning, general maintenance andupkeep of venues/facilities or similar spaces greatly desirable
- Current Drivers Licence valid in Victoria withaccess to own vehicle
