What You’ll Do

- Welcoming clients with a warm smile and positive energy.
- Managing appointments, scheduling stylists, and ensuring the day runs seamlessly.
- Handling phone calls, inquiries, and client requests with professionalism.
- Managing cash flow, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day salon operations and problem-solving as needed.
- Keeping the front desk and reception area organized and inviting.





What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 1-2 years in a front desk, customer service, or management role (bonus if it’s in the Hair & beauty industry! Extra bonus if you have used the software program “shortcuts”).
- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Personality: Warm, approachable, and skilled with a love for connecting with people.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with scheduling software and basic office, photos, video editing skills is a plus
- Passion: An interest in beauty, fashion, or wellness is always welcome!
