Responsibilities
- Work closely with the project manager, development team and stakeholders
- Documentary and user testing
- Prepare quality reports and provide feedback, from the start to the end of a project
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Documentation skills are essential
- Previous experience working with clients to understand and analyse business processes
- Proficiency in using MS office suite products
- Familiarity with managing a CRM for a large organisation and Admin Portal
- Strong story-boarding and storytelling skills
- IT qualification or vendor certification
