ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Officer to join our Digital team.
You will support clubs, players, parents and football administrators using PlayFootball and other digital platforms.
This is a great opportunity to build your customer service and digital support experience while contributing to community football across Australia.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Provide professional customer support by phone and email.
- Assist users with registration, competition and learning systems.
- Troubleshoot digital platform issues and guide customers through processes.
- Managing, Building and maintaining strong relationships with all our customers, at stakeholders involve in community football.
- Developing a deep understanding of our products and needs of our customers.
- Record enquiries accurately and escalation system issues when required.
- Support customer training and contribute to service improvements.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Robust customer service and communication skills.
- Confident using and learning multiple digital systems.
- Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional, patient and calm when managing customer enquiries.
- Knowledge of football club administration or community sport.
- Experience with registration, competition or learning management systems.
- Experience delivering training or user support.
