Federal Hotel in Queensland seeks a hands-on Assistant Manager to join a energetic, high-tempo team. You’ll work with a collaborative group of Assistant Managers to run peak shifts, mentor our hospitality crew, and coordinate cross-department operations to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You’ll be responsible for leading on the floor, supporting the Publican, and maintaining safety and great vibes across busy bar, bistro, and gaming spaces.
