$55.00 per hour (negotiable) + Salary Packaging + 5 weeks Annual Leave P.A.

Cobdenhealth is seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing team and help improve the mobility, independence and quality of life of older people living in our Residential Aged Care facility and the broader community.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across both Residential Aged Care and Support at Home services, delivering person-centred physiotherapy that supports older people to remain active, secure and independent.

Whether you are looking for a traditional part-time position, school-hours work, or a flexible arrangement that fits around family commitments, we are open to discussing a working arrangement that works for both you and the organisation.

About the Role

As our Physiotherapist you will:

Provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services to older people in residential aged care and their own homes.

Develop individualised exercise, strength, balance and falls prevention programs.

Assess mobility, gait, transfers and functional capacity.

Recommend and review mobility aids and equipment.

Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, Care Partners, community care staff and other allied health professionals.

Support reablement, restorative care and ageing-in-place initiatives.

Contribute to the development and growth of our physiotherapy service.





This is an autonomous role offering genuine variety and the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, residents and the multidisciplinary team.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy

Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and communication skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Current Victorian Driver Licence

Commitment to person-centred and evidence-based care

Experience In The Following Areas Will Be Highly Regarded:

Community physiotherapy

Residential aged care





Falls prevention and balance programs

Rehabilitation and reablement

Support at Home, Home Care Packages or CHSP services

Rural health services
