We’re looking for an experienced Butcher to join our friendly and experienced team.
We’re also encouraging 3rd and 4th year Apprentice Butchers who are looking to take the next step in their career to apply.

About the Role
Working as part of our production team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our daily production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, food safety and workplace safety.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cutting, trimming, deboning and portioning meat
- Packaging premium meat products
- Operating a bandsaw and other butchery equipment
- Ensuring daily output, quality and accuracy targets are consistently metMaintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety
- Ensuring equipment is maintained and reporting any issues promptly
- Working efficiently as part of a friendly and experienced team
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Butcher, or a 3rd or 4th year Apprentice Butcher
- Experienced in operating a bandsaw
- Knowledgeable about meat cuts and processing techniques
- Familiar with food safety and hygiene standards
- Reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented
- Committed to producing high-quality work
- A strong communicator with good organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a cold-room environment
- Physically capable of lifting moderate to heavy loads
- Enthusiastic and committed to developing their skills and contributing to the team
