We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our skilled team based in inner Brisbane. You’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio with strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to owners and tenants.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of a quality portfolio, supported by efficient systems and a friendly team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of residential property management
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports
Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Handle arrears, lease renewals, and documentation
Represent the business professionally at all times
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Confident using property management software (eg PropertyMe, or similar)
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
