Job Responsibilities

- Engage with customers on the showroom floor, providing in‑depth information and demonstrations of our electric vehicle range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers, following up on leads to drive sales.
- Understand customers’ needs and budget to recommend suitable vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Stay updated on new models and industry trends to enrich customer interactions.
- Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to purchase, including test drives and CRM documentation.
- Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team sales targets, actively participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with marketing activities, promotions, and product launches.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery,



providing a detailed orientation on operation and maintenance.
- Keep the showroom organised, collaborate with finance and service departments, and share customer insights with the team.
- Contribute to achieving team goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and customer‑focused approach.
- Other ad‑hoc tasks related to sales.

About You

- Current driver’s licence and a valuable driving record.
- Proven experience in car sales is ideal, but if you have the passion and willingness to learn, we will support you in becoming an expert in your field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic about technology and sustainable solutions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. We operate on a 5‑day work week.
