- Demonstrates flexibility and is available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Holds legal working rights in Australia or a current Visa
- Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.




- Must have Food Safety Handling Certificate (from either unit SITXFSA005 or SITXFSA006) or willing to obtain
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- A commitment to highest levels of customer service
- Knows how to interact with the customers, and likes to show off their Tepan cooking skills
- Take pride in personal appearance & presentation
