We are looking for an experienced and well-presented casualReceptionistwho can deliver genuine first-class customer service along with an outstanding level of professionalism.

The duties and responsibilities include but not are not limited to:

Answering and directing a high volume of incoming calls

Greeting customers

Ensuring the reception are kept clean and presentable

Carrying out daily tasks that involve data entry

Assisting with general administration when required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar receptionist / front line role - automotive experience is desirable but not a prerequisite for this role.





A qualified and customer service-oriented mindset.

Effective communication skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.

Strong time management and initiative-taking abilities.

A team player attitude.

Prior experience in a similar role (preferred).

Mechanical experience (advantageous but not essential).

An automotive background (advantageous but not essential).
