Join the Team
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor within our People, Communications and Workplace team , you'll support a fast-paced, high-volume ICT recruitment portfolio that delivers critical digital health talent across the organisation.
You will be involved in all aspects of the hiring process, both strategic and operational, partnering with leaders to attract top talent and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Working closely with stakeholders across eHealth NSW, you'll help shape recruitment outcomes while contributing to creative talent attraction and engagement initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver contemporary end-to-end, customer-focused recruitment services and provide high-quality advice to portfolio clients.
- Implement proactive and strategic talent sourcing solutions that drive positive outcomes across projects and hiring initiatives.
- Coach managers on contemporary recruitment approaches and talent management strategies to support successful hiring outcomes.
- Build strong stakeholder partnerships, report on recruitment activity, and contribute to talent attraction and engagement projects.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy building strong partnerships, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a quick-moving environment where relationships and outcomes matter. You’ll be someone who:
- Demonstrates experience providing high-quality recruitment advice within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Sound experience implementing proactive talent sourcing techniques including utilising talent pools and building talent pipelines.
- Has a strong ability to understand and stay up to date with digital health and ICT terminology, trends, and workforce demands.
- Possesses excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Has experience coordinating recruitment projects or supporting complex programs of work.
Experience within a high-volume internal recruitment function, ideally across digital health, ICT , Government or complex environment will be highly regarded.

- For this role 'Exempt' is refers to a fixed term contract of more than 13 weeks.
