Mater is seeking an experienced HR System Administrator to join the Human Resources team in Newstead until December 2027. You will support, maintain, and enhance Mater's HRIS, ensuring reliability, security and alignment with business and legislative requirements.
You will work with HR, Payroll, Finance, Digital Technology & Information teams, vendors and end users to deliver system improvements, troubleshoot issues, manage releases, and drive continuous improvement across the HR technology
