As the NEOS People Operations Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the team's day-to-day operations and delivering responsive, customer-focused service. You will be a first point of contact and ambassador for NEOS, providing a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, candidates, suppliers and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Co-ordinate key HR onboarding activities, ensuring all documentation, system requirements and new starter processes are completed accurately and on time.
Co-ordinate recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers and external recruitment partners, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, pre-employment checks and onboarding handovers.
Support employee lifecycle processes and maintain clear, current People and Culture procedures and process documentation to promote consistency, efficiency and compliance.
Strengthen employee engagement by co-ordinating communications, surveys, and internal campaigns.
Support the HR Manager with employee relations matters and workplace escalations, including co-ordinating documentation, maintaining accurate records and assisting with timely follow-up actions.
Oversee the day-to-day presentation and functionality of office facilities, promptly co-ordinating the resolution of maintenance requirements.
Co-ordinate catering, meeting logistics and workplace support for internal meetings and events.
Provide a professional and welcoming experience for visitors to NEOS.
Build effective relationships with external service providers and co-ordinate services in line with business requirements.
About you
A qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
A minimum of five years' experience in a People and Culture, HR co-ordination or comparable people support role.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through on commitments.
Sound judgement, reliability and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable style.
Confidence using AI and digital tools to improve processes and service delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
