We’re seeking a former Financial Planner who brings not only strong financial knowledge, but also genuine care for people. The ideal person for this role communicates with warmth, listens deeply, and is passionate about guiding others toward financial independence.

Training and ongoing support will be provided.
About the Role
As a Financial Coach, you’ll provide one-on-one financial education and guidance through phone and video sessions. Your purpose is to educate, encourage and empower clients-helping them build confidence, develop healthier financial habits, and take positive steps toward their goals.
This is not a financial planning role, and you do not need to be on the Financial Adviser Register.
Understand client needs with empathy and help resolve past or present financial concerns
Create clear, personalised action plans that motivate clients and support their goals
Collect and record client information in our management system
Inspire and empower clients to take positive, practical steps toward financial wellbeing
Required experience/knowledge
Former Financial Planner with solid financial knowledge and experience
Minimum 10 years experience
Interest or experience in coaching, mentoring or guiding others
Ability to use a client management database
Strong communication, empathy, and people skills
Compulsory Qualifications
RG146 (Eg Diploma of Financial Planning/Advice (or higher)

Work remotely from home under your own ABN, with all sessions conducted via phone or occasional video meetings.
Initial hours: 15-20 hours per week.
