This senior role is pivotal in the origination and execution of acquisition finance transactions, with a strong focus on delivering competitive and superior financing solutions to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a deal team, maintaining robust client relationships, and driving the origination agenda.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end transaction execution, portfolio oversight, and contributing to strategic discussions. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory guidelines. Candidates for this role should have extensive experience in structured finance, particularly in the leveraged and acquisition finance markets.





The ideal candidate will possess exceptional influencing, networking, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving. A deep understanding of credit negotiations, risk assessment, and transaction documentation is essential. The role requires the ability to manage a diverse set of stakeholders, both internal and external, and to work across multiple transactions concurrently.

Tertiary qualifications and a proven track record of delivering innovative financing solutions are also necessary.
