An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to support the commercial delivery of major infrastructure and construction projects across Victoria.

You will oversee a portfolio of complex contracts, lead procurement activities, manage supplier relationships and provide commercial advice to project teams. The role will focus on achieving value for money, minimising contractual risks and improving procurement and contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage contracts from procurement and negotiation through to delivery and close-out.
- Develop procurement strategies and oversee RFQ/RFT and tendering processes.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage contract variations, disputes and risks.
- Monitor supplier performance, contractual compliance and project deliverables.
- Provide commercial advice to project teams and senior stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and minimise commercial and financial risks.
- Maintain contract documentation, reporting, budgets and forecasts.
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement and contract management processes.

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Commerce, Procurement or a related field.
- Extensive experience in contract management,



commercial management or procurement.
- Background in government, construction, infrastructure or major projects.
- Strong commercial negotiation, supplier management and risk assessment skills.
- Experience managing complex contracts and procurement activities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities.

Government procurement and major construction project experience will be highly regarded.
