The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Legal Entity Governance and Oversight. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Legal Entity Governance and Oversight team, responsible for developing and executing the operational control and legal entity oversight management framework. This role involves close collaboration with local business leaders and various stakeholders to identify, assess, and propose mitigating actions for operational and legal entity risks. The AVP will also be involved in strategic partnerships, risk management, and will provide expert guidance on governance, compliance, and leadership in a quick-paced regulatory environment.Candidates for this role should have an advanced degree in law, tax, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in governance, risk,
and control within financial services. Technical expertise in global operational control standards, fund and SPV administration, and regulatory frameworks is essential. The role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, as well as a proven track record in stakeholder management and the ability to drive innovation. Leadership qualities such as a strong moral compass, proactive mindset, and excellent relationship-building abilities are also key attributes for the ideal candidate.
