IP Australia in Cairns, Queensland, is seeking Trade Mark Examiners to research and evaluate trade mark applications under the Trade Marks Act 1995. No prior IP experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

You will interpret information, apply legal tests, liaise with customers and IP professionals, and progress through TM classifications while building robust IP rights. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants are encouraged to apply.
