Appreciating Talent is sourcing a GM - Commercial Finance for a private Australian property, construction and hotel group. You will report to the CFO, translating financial and operational data into explicit investment recommendations to improve asset performance and returns.
You will lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, identify revenue and margin opportunities, and build robust financial models to support capital expenditure decisions.
