- Uncapped commission

- Potential to earn $200K–$400K p.a. in performance bonuses/commission

- Genuine pathway to Sales Manager

The Role

- Attend residential plumbing appointments

- Diagnose plumbing and drainage problems





- Identify additional opportunities onsite

- Present customers with multiple solutions

- Prepare and present quotes

- Close sales and follow up opportunities

- Meet sales targets and KPIs

- Hand sold work over to our operations team

About You

- Qualified and experienced plumber

- Proven plumbing sales experience

- Confident quoting and closing higher-value work

- Strong residential maintenance knowledge

- Excellent customer communication

- Motivated by targets, commission and results

- Interested in progressing into sales leadership
