Westpac is seeking an Executive Manager, Business Controls and Monitoring to lead a risk professionals team supporting the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) and Shared Data and AI Delivery Unit. You’ll guide risk, controls, and governance embedding across the organisation.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, drive remediation, and provide insights for risk committees, while coaching the business to grow risk ownership in a large, complex setting.
