Reporting to the Lead Ombudsman, I&A;, you will lead a team of decision makers, provide specialist expertise, and ensure fair, consistent outcomes across investment and advice streams.
You will drive leadership, strategy, efficiency, and stakeholder engagement while coaching staff and guiding policy improvements in a diverse, supportive culture.
