Alpaca is seeking a Director of Customer Experience to lead and evolve the Trading API support function globally. You will manage General and VIP Support, establish service standards, and drive customer-centric improvements across regions with a sun-to-sun operating model.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to translate customer feedback into actionable changes, leveraging data, AI, and automation to scale as Trading API grows.
