About the position

We are seeking applications for an Education SupportOfficer, the key role is to provide effective andhigh-quality administration support to internal stakeholders.Working closely with the Coordinators in the Education PerformanceUnit, this position contributes to the smooth functioning of theEducation Performance Unit and supports compliance and qualityassurance activities.

To be considered for this position you will be able todemonstrate the following key selection criteria:

- Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support in afunded/contracted setting, including the ability to communicatewith a range of people (for example, CALD communities anddifficult clients)
- Demonstrated knowledge of various administrative functionsin Education programs including SEE, Skills First, AMEP andACFE




- High level IT skills including use of online platforms inregistering and enrolling Education clients
- Proficient in Student Management Systems, MS Outlook, Word,Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Demonstrated ability in using online platforms to supportclients and client data reporting
- Ability to work with datasets and maintain dataintegrity
- Accuracy and attention to detail in data processing andrecordkeeping
- Ability to generate regular reports, undertake basicanalysis of results and make simple recommendations tomanagement to highlight concerning changes
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem solve andtake the extra mile to engage clients
- Experience working with client management systems and/orgovernment reporting systems (ARMS, Workforce Australia, SVTS,inputting and extracting data
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills,including the ability to effectively prioritise tasks frommultiple stakeholders
- Exposure to financial processes, payments and/or petty cashmanagement
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively aspart of a team in a busy environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication and presentationskills,



including Some editing skills
- Ability to maintain manual and electronic records
- Demonstrated attention to detail
