Opportunity: Data Scientist (Data Analysis – Customer Success) – 1.5 M USD per year (TBD)
We are looking for a data scientist with a passion for data and analytics to support our existing Customer Success team with development, insight, and documentation for a large set of data. The role will support the KISO framework, the out-of-the-box data, improve customer communication on data analysis, explore KPI indicators and help the team analyze customer data.
- Design and establish sampling methods for large data sets to provide representative and comprehensive analysis.
- Analyze data related to customer usage habits and provide insights and recommendations on how to reduce churn.
- Build, maintain and develop data pipelines using SQL and other data transformation tools.
- Use data analysis techniques to uncover opportunities and highlight metrics that indicate a low-quality customer experience.
- Deliver content for 3rd-party dashboards to provide actionable insights across the customer lifecycle.
- Help the team adopt a systematic approach that enables us to leverage quality data to open doors and stay ahead of the curve in a highly competitive marketplace.
- Analyze and establish plans for long-term data cleansing and ad-hoc cleaning methods for our weekly dataset.
- Plan for the next generation of data analysis and envision improved quality of outcome with representative data management practices.
- Design and improve data quality assessments; re-rig existing data models through experiments designed to improve the quality and relevance of our current models KPIs to identify and measure impact.
- Explore partnership opportunities with analytics platforms (Mixpanel/Looker) to gather new insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to tell stories to users to gain business, technological and product-driven insights.
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Informatics or a related field. Team Data Scientist anecdotes or examples of work analysis + concrete data might help.
- 3+ years of work experience related to data analysis, data engineering or analytics support, specific knowledge and experience with real-world knowledge.
- Team experience working during crisis periods.
- Data analysis solutions, support on data pipelines using SQL and other tools is required.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Professional experience prioritizing quick-paced, ambiguous situations that regularly require creative solutions.
- Experience writing dashboards and kpi in any reporting tool (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Excel, Power BI, etc.) alongside SQL or advanced notebooks at the single c type algorithm, is preferred.
- Experience working in a corporate environment, explains your experience with job titles previously applied.
- Experience using SQL or other data transformation tools to incorporate data pipelines into this project.
- Experience managing logistics, streams and dive requirement.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
