BuiltStrong Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning Victorian builder to recruit an experienced Lead Estimator for the Richmond area.

This senior, hands-on role manages two to three tenders concurrently, works with the Estimating & Preconstruction Director and the delivery teams to shape the final commercial submission, and provides cost-planning input during ECI. Robust subcontractor relationships and market knowledge are essential.
