The Chance

This is the key senior renewables seat aligned with a Partner that is at the helm of the major energy relationships and some expanding portfolios in 2027. Focused on Land tenure, project structuring, bankability and development issues from site acquisition through financing and financial close.

Advise on the land and tenure arrangements that underpin large-scale wind, solar and battery storage developments and the expanding hybrid energy relationships designed for AI growth. Up-coming project matters and panels can be discussed with the right candidate in confidence.

The pipeline is focused on the delivery of utility-scale renewable developments and associated infrastructure, including complex multi-landholding projects,



portfolio transactions and development-stage acquisitions. Matters regularly involve detailed land due diligence, project structuring, planning and approval considerations, financing requirements and the negotiation of project-critical tenure documentation.

As 2IC to the Partner, you will have direct exposure to sophisticated developers, financiers, government bodies and energy sector participants to help you further your own network in this space as it continues to expand nationally.

About You

- 4-10 years' PQE in real estate project transactions; preference for Energy-related transactional work, gained with a well-regarded firm
- Bachelor of Laws with a strong academic record
- Commercial confidence to engage with Energy clients directly
- Genuine interest in working collaboratively with property, corporate, projects, finance and seeing the project outcome holistically
