Barbell Foods, a founder-led food manufacturing business, is seeking a Head of People & Culture to build and scale the function as it enters a recent growth phase.

Reporting directly to the Founders and working with the Leadership Team, you will shape and execute the people strategy, design scalable frameworks for organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development, performance, remuneration and talent acquisition, and balance structure with entrepreneurial culture.
